LAUSD M&O Project Manager

We are currently looking for an M&O Project Manager (LAUSD CM-MOPM-0325-19)  for our contract with Los Angeles Unified School District.

This is an on-site, long term job. You must be in located in Southern California. NO relocation funds, and NO per diem.

• Required: Eight (8) years' full time professional experience in the Project/Construction Management of Commercial and/or Public/Educational Facility Construction with full responsibility for coordinating complex projects with construction values up to $2M or more

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and/or the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS)
• Experience with the Division of State Architects (DSA) construction/design/certification process

Required Education:

• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management

Compensation:
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors such as individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
